SEOThe infographic discusses 16 frequently asked questions about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) that many of us still struggle to understand. It may be worth your while to read it. It could serve as a quick review for SEO professionals and solve problems before they happen for business owners who are just getting started online.

For example, did you know that you could increase organic traffic to your website by 111% percent just by updating and republishing old blog posts with new content and images? Once they get to your site, adding a small trust seal to your checkout page has proven to increase conversions by an average of 15%.

There are SEO activities that are no-nos and will get you in trouble with Google. Those activities include paying for links, spamming comments and duplicating someone else’s content, just to name a few.

If caught, Google could ban you from using their services or, at a minimum, push your content back 10-100 positions in the search results where few followers, if any, will find you. The best course of action is to steer clear of black-hat SEO practices.

In 2017, 90% of all users will access online content from their smart phones. So make sure your website has been optimized (made responsive) for all sizes and shapes of phones and tablets.
